Warranty / Returns
Credits and exchanges are available to all products purchased from our website. Refunds are issued when applicable and must fall within the warranty period. All returns must have a RMA number. Items returned without a RMA number clearly displayed on the package will be refused and returned back to the sender.
Non-defective products will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. Original shipping cost (if applicable) are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the claimant. Exceptions may apply.
Return for refund are allowed within: 30 days after invoice.
Return for replacement are allowed within: 90 days after invoice.
